In March 2017 K&Spro design team finalised the project of construction for a new building in Kila, Split, Croatia. The facility is made of reinforced concrete with steel elements. Building area is 430 m2 (ground plan projection); around 7 m in height and it’s designed as a concrete wall system with retaining walls around object. K&Spro design team made structural analysis and detailed design of construction including reinforcement placing plans and formwork plan.
The project is made for an APN (Agency for Transaction and Mediation in Immovable Properties, Savska cesta 41/VI, Zagreb)
